Want to be part of the first ever global customer loyalty programme benchmarking study to provide brands insight into the performance and effectiveness of loyalty programmes?
Launched in September 2023 by the Loyalty Science Lab, and sponsored by Epsilon, the global benchmarking survey has specifically been designed to address one of the fundamental issues currently affecting the customer loyalty industry; a lack of good benchmarks to assess programme performance.
This is the only benchmarking survey currently in the market which uses actual empirical performance data submitted by participating loyalty programme operators themselves. It provides survey participants with a true representation of their programme performance in comparison with the overall industry and against their peers, such as:
⦁ active member rate,
⦁ member growth rate,
⦁ program cost,
⦁ program impact, and more.
An added bonus for The Big Handshake attendees
For those attending the Epsilon workshop this October; “What does good look like in loyalty?”, completing the survey below will allow you to compare the performance of your program against your industry peers.
We are also offering a complimentary 1:1 consultation with all those who have completed the survey before the event. (Please complete this survey by 17th September – takes 20 minutes).
A note on data collection
The benchmarking survey is conducted and administered by the Loyalty Science Lab an academic research unit based at Old Dominion University in Norfolk Virginia USA. All performance data submitted to the survey is held confidentially. No individual program performance measures are ever shared outside the Loyalty Science Lab.
So, whilst the Epsilon team will not have access to the individual report generated for you by the Loyalty Science Lab, they will be able to provide you with specific insights regarding how each of your performance measures compare against industry averages.
These insights provide by the Epsilon team are based on the performance data already provided to the Loyalty Science Lab by 30+ top performing programs across the globe.
