We bring our next ELA HUB meeting to Milan – our second event in this wonderful city. A networking and educational meeting for Heads of Loyalty and CRM in Italy.

In a loyalty landscape saturated with point-based discounts, Domingo Iudice, co-founder of Italian food brand, Pescaria, makes the case for a smarter approach—where loyalty drives incremental revenue instead of incremental discounting. Drawing on his experience relaunching Pescaria, he’ll unpack how timing, audience segmentation, and customer preferences are used to avoid wasteful incentives and optimise profitability. A must-attend session for anyone ready to challenge the status quo of loyalty program KPIs.

Debate and Challenge is a scenario-based session designed to spark bold conversations around today’s loyalty challenges. Dopo una lunga esperienza nel marketing si è specializzato nella Loyalty e il CRM, occupandosi con successo del programma “My Autogrill”. È tra i fondatori della European Loyalty Association. Attualmente è impegnato a trasferire la sua esperienza negli Stati Uniti.

Oggi sono Head of Loyalty in Plenitude, dove lavoro per creare percorsi di engagement e retention capaci di rafforzare il legame con il brand e generare valore a lungo termine. In precedenza ho sviluppato progetti innovativi in ambito CRM, digital, partnership e customer experience in Sky Italia e Vodafone Italy. Credo nella forza dei team interfunzionali e nella capacità di trasformare le idee in iniziative concrete che lasciano il segno.

      CRM, Digital & Innovation Senior Manager con oltre 10 anni di esperienza nel digitale e nel CRM in contesti internazionali. In Autogrill, mi occupo di strategie incentrate sul cliente che spaziano da CRM e social media a customer care e programmi di innovazione aziendale. La mia esperienza risiede nel saper sfruttare un approccio a 360 gradi per migliorare l’esperienza del cliente, la fidelizzazione e il valore, guidando team interfunzionali per promuovere la crescita del business.

      Domingo si è avvicinato inizialmente allo studio del Marketing con l’obiettivo di lavorare nella pubblicità creativa. Con il tempo, i suoi interessi si sono evoluti verso una direzione più strategica, concentrandosi su ambiti come l’analisi, la pianificazione, la revisione e l’implementazione di strategie di marketing efficaci.
